 Computer के Files को कैसे सुरक्षित रखें ?




In any PC, With the help of these software winrar or  PowerISO  we can easily safe the files or folders.
Method 1
From Winrar 
  • Right click of the files or folders which have to safe.
  • Go to the Option 'Add to Archive'.
  • Type Archive Name and Extension should be .rar.
  • Click 'OK'.
Method 2
From PowerISO
  • Right click of the files or folders which have to safe.
  • Go to the Option 'PowerISO'.
  • click on 'Add to image file'.
  • check to .iso file and select the location where you want to save that files or folders.
  • Click 'OK'.

Debtors और Creditors में क्या अंतर है?

Accounting में लोगों की सबसे बड़ी परेशानी होती है Debtors और Creditors को समझना। इन दोनों Words  में लोग हमेशा confuse  रहते हैं।  तो आइए इसे आसान भाषा में समझते हैं।   Debtors - इसे हिंदी में 'देनदार' बोलते हैं अर्थात देने वाला।   Creditors - इसे हिंदी में 'लेनदार' बोलते हैं अर्थात लेने वाला।   उदाहरण - अगर किसी व्यक्ति से उधार सामान खरीदते हैं, तो उसे पैसे देने होते हैं।  अर्थात वह व्यक्ति पैसा लेने वाला है मतलब लेनदार । तो उस व्यक्ति को Creditors में रखेंगे। और आप देने वाले हैं मतलब देनदार । तो आप Debtors हो गए।   दूसरे शब्दों में, जिसे पैसे देने हों वह 'Creditors ' होगा। जिससे पैसे लेने हों वह 'Debtors ' होगा।     नोट - Tally के Groups में इसे 'Sundry Creditors' और ' Sundry Debtors' के नाम से जाना जाता है।
